Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and focused lawyer to be a key part of an internationally growing edtech business in a very exciting and fast moving time for the edtech sector.
In the role of Legal Counsel, you’ll be assisting and supporting the senior team on legal matters across the domestic and international sides of the business.  You will become the first point of contact for legal matters including but not limited to data protection; licensing agreements; employment matters and commercial contracts. You will need to be a great communicator and team player. Working as part of a collaborative team of 70 people you will need to build strong relationships across the business internally and externally. We are looking at candidates who are 2 - 5 years PQE who can demonstrate that they have the appropriate experience.
You will also need to provide legal support for various projects; assist with maintaining effective data security procedures and you may be asked to assist on other commercial projects.
